Episode 213: Round 3! Round and Round Roller Race!. Episode 102: Ruins and Lost Ways! Vivi, Her Friends, and the Country's Form. 
Episode 99: Spirit of the Fakes! Heart of the Rebel Army, Kamyu!. Episode 50: Usopp vs Daddy The Father! Showdown at High Noon!. These are usually found within cannon arcs or are spin-off single episode side stories. There are some filler episodes in One Piece which do not form an arc. It’s also a special arc, tied-in with the movie, “One Piece: Stampede”. Cidre Guild(895-896) - Cidre Guild is the shortest filler arc in the whole anime consisting of only two episodes. Marine Rookie(780-782) - This arc marks the second time Luffy and his group infiltrate a marine base. Silver Mine(747-750) - This arc finds our heroes trying to escape Silver Mine, it also serves as lead-up to “One Piece Film: Gold”. Z's Ambition (575-578) - Just like “Little East Blue” this arc is also a movie tie-in. So if you’re interested in seeing the movie, you can check this one out. Little East Blue (426-429) - This arc serves as a lead-up to “One Piece Film: Strong World”. Spa Island (382-384) - This is the second filler arc in which the Foxy pirates take the helm as the villains. Ice Hunter/Lovely Land(326-335) - The story in this arc takes place on a winter island where the crew battles the bounty hunter group known as the Accino Family. Foxy Returns (225-226) - This arc sees our heroes encounter the Foxy pirates once again. It’s the first and last arc based on a video game. Ocean's Dream (220-224) - The story in this arc is based on the One Piece video game, called “Ocean’s Dream” for the PlayStation. So if you don’t mind its length, consider giving this one a chance. However, it’s considered by many to be One Piece’s greatest filler arc, thanks to its fun and engaging “villain”. G-8 (196-206) - This is the series’ longest filler arc, standing at 11 episodes. While in the manga, the Going Merry is heavily damaged by Hina’s attack at the end of the “Alabasta Arc”. The ship is then patched up in Ruluka before the Straw Hats head out. Ruluka Island (139-143) - This arc deviates a bit from the manga, as in it, the Going Merry is shown to be falling apart after being blasted out of Ape’s Concert with too much force. Goat Island (136-138) - In this arc, the Straw Hat Pirates help an old man named Zenny get his ship into the water while hiding from the marines on an uncharted island. Luffy and Robin are the only two who do not get their own episode. Post-Alabasta Arc (131-135) - This filler arc features five stand-alone episodes focusing on the past and goals of most of the Straw Hat Pirates. Also, the crew see dragons in this arc, however, when they see dragons again in the “Punk Hazard Arc” they act like it’s their first time seeing such a creature. 
In it, Zoro can be seen cutting steal, even though he learns this skill much later, in the series, during the “Alabasta Arc”.

Warship Island Arc (episodes 54-61) - This is the first story arc in the series which is not based on any content from the manga, which in turn makes it One Piece’s first filler arc. 
Filler arcs are short side stories comprised of more than one episode. Now, some of these episodes are freestanding, while others form filler arcs.
With each episode being around 20 minutes long, that’s a whopping 34 hours of filler which you can easily skip by following our One Piece filler list! Overall, filler episodes are skippable as they usually don’t add anything to the original story. For example, when an anime based on a manga, reaches on par with it, the anime team have to decide to either go on hiatus or air filler episodes(which are not related to the main plot and cannot affect the story). One Piece is a manga-based anime series which first aired in 1999, back when anime was still a relatively niche hobby.
